PROS: The analytics functionality is top notch. You can know just about anything on social media including how much engagement your followers are bringing to your posts. On top of that, you will be able to pull up analytics who has followed you and who has left as a follower. With such data, you will be able to engage your followers positively by keeping track of the engagements on different posts and how they relate with your followers so that you can upload content or posts that have more engagements and do away with those that do not relate with your followers positively. The analysis also gives you an idea of when is the best time to upload a post.

CONS: The tool is amazing when it comes to learning about your follower and what you can do to improve our posts so that you retain and attract more people to follow. However, there are few problems that need fixing. Although the scheduling of posts is reliable, it would be better if it could be automated. For example, you can schedule when a post will go live but you have to take action, manually, when you want to post it. This problem may lie on Instagram which makes it their part to play in terms of automation.

PROS: It is free tool where you get to utilize some of the most important features and get started with using Instagram as a marketing tool. With the ability to pull up statistics on the number of engagements made on your social media and how many people have liked your post, you will be in it for the best time. It equips you with the ability to know how many of those who liked your posts are your follower and those who do not follow you in that list. Apart from that, you can manage your account and receive notifications on the activities taking place on your Instagram page. On top of that, you will be able to know your top followers so that you can maximize you campaigns on them.

CONS: It has a learning curve where it is challenging at first. You will not be able to realize the true potential of the tool at first but with time and practice, you will get the hang of things. You may not be able to pull up data on the numbers in terms of engagements and followers, but with the use of the tool for a certain period you will find it easy to use. There are more features that can help you manage your social media with ease and by being patient, you will find out soon enough.

PROS: It is an all-round tool with features that allow you to be better at what you do. For your Instagram, you will be able to manage and keep track of what is going on there. It has a team which is dedicated to making sure that its users are well taken care of in terms of their needs. With their high responsive nature to queries or issues users go through, you can navigate the tool with ease. They have provided a conducive software environment where users can make the most out of the tool for their marketing needs on Instagram.

CONS: It is a reliable tool and to say the truth, I did not find anything wrong about it. It has made everything simple from the start to finish as it provides the best experience when managing my social media. With the customer support, they were helpful and offered the needed professionalism through interaction with its users. Whenever there was a problem and you contact them, they were available and ready to offer the assistance until the end. The experience was top notch. All features were working fine and there was no problem we experienced.

PROS: It opens up a new world of social media when you will be able to track the activities that go on there. When coming up with a marketing strategy, it is good to k now where to improve and how to engage with your followers. Iconosquare helps you to do this y keeping track of the engagements which include likes comments and followers in general. This way, you will be able to receive notifications, in real time, of how many followers you have gained and which posts they have liked or commented. As a result, you will be able to know at what time your followers are most active on social media and schedule those posts at that time for better results.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike about Iconosquare on my part. However, I can point out a few improvement or additions they need to include in their future updates. For example, they should include a hashtag assessment feature which equips you with the right functionality for you to assess and get analytics on the hashtags to utilize for your business. By knowing which tags to use that will bring in more people or simply increase my social media presence, I can use them in my post to reach more people. This would help increase my followers on social media.

PROS: It is straight forward when it comes to accessing the dashboard. Whatever you want to view or see is available and already at your disposal. This makes the tool easy to use as the interface is also simple. It helps to increase your visibility on social media such that you will be able to track and monitor all the activities taking place which means you have a quick head start. There is no information that is irrelevant when using the Iconosquare. This helps you to find your way around the features with ease and thus bliss.

CONS: Comparison with other brands will be a great way to come up with a working strategy for my marketing needs. Iconosquare could offer this, but I would need to upgrade which means more money. With the current pricing plan I am using, this feature is not available and thus a drawback. With the next plan, it offers you the platform on which you can know which followers and posts you share most with another brand and thus you will be able to know the direction to take moving forward for the success of your campaign.

PROS: The desktop or PC version of Instagram does not provide the needed visibility for your Instagram account. You are limited in terms of how much you can see or view depending on where you have been, what you have liked or commented and the like. However, Iconosquare has made things simple as it equips all versions outside the mobile version to track their likes and comments with ease. The desktop setting is top notch as it provides you with a layout where you can access all the posts you liked and those you made comments on. In short, you do not have to use your phone to access Instagram and utilize the hidden features, as long as you have the Iconosquare tool with you. It gives you more visibility of your account and what is happening.

CONS: Despite it being reliable in terms of tracking which posts you like or comment on, it still has a lot to improve on. For example, it is not possible to know which posts you have un-liked or the pages you have un-followed. It should be able to pull up such data to help you understand the social media well. The bigger part of the problem may be with Instagram and not the tool as it does not show such analytics on the platform. When you un-follow or unlike a page or post, it should show you in the form of notifications such that, when you wrongly un-follow, you can correct it with ease. It would be better if this feature was active with both the tool and Instagram.

PROS: It is simple to find your way around. You can determine how you view things as it is highly customizable to suit your needs. For example, you can set it in such a way that the things you want to see more of can come up first in the list and the rest can follow down there. With its simple interface, you will be able to navigate in no time. Also, if you are faced with difficulties in finding our way around, thee are descriptions to help you get started. The fact that you can know who your followers are, when they come to view your posts and hat posts they engage with most is bliss. You can know who just followed you and who un-followed you and as such you will be able to come up with strategies to help retain your followers. It equips with the right tool to set up short and long term goals for your viewers.

CONS: It is still a problem when you have a PC or computer. It is not possible to post images and photos on Instagram which can be annoying. Even with Iconosquare, you cannot post content for your followers to see if you are using a PC. You have to do this via your mobile phone. It would be better if they included a feature in the tool to help users and businesses post content for their social media market from the computer. Despite all this, the tool works fine to help you analyze data of your posts and engagements followers make on the platform for better results and working strategies.

PROS: I have an Instagram account for my small business. Iconosquare helps me to track all the posts and how my followers engage with them. With such data, I am able to be creative and come up with strategies that are result oriented. I can see the statistics of how many people are engaging with what I post on Instagram. It can be difficult knowing how your posts are being taken by your followers on social media. Luckily, with this tool, everything can seem easy as you will be able to know how such posts engage with follower and what you need to do to make them more engaging.

CONS: It is a great tool when it comes to scheduling of posts on Instagram. However, the platform, Instagram, does not integrate well with this tool which can lead to problems or difficulties utilizing it. Although it offers end to end solutions when it comes to knowing how your followers are engaging with your posts and also the ability to schedule when and at what time you should upload the posts, the integration with Instagram is not that intuitive. All in all, I am satisfied with what the tool has to offer which has become a plus for my business.

PROS: It helps me to manage everything on my social media account. For marketing purposes, you need to know what is going on in terms of the insights, feeds and how followers engage with all that. It equips you with the ability to run and manage contests while you track the engagements on your social media account. It is vital that you keep track of this to know whether the strategy you have in place is going in the right direction or not. For the first time to use Iconosquare, it was all bliss as I started with the trial version. Since then, I have recommended it to other users as it offers reliable marketing and analytics solutions for your social media marketing needs.

CONS: It is a great tool but lacks the basics of what the modern marketing platform should have. For example, it does not have a mobile application where you can view the analytics or statistics or insights on your contests or campaigns. This would help you to check and track all those engagements while on the move which would be helpful. Apart from that it would help me to post directly from the site. A mobile app is flexible and offers a convenient way for one to manage their accounts with ease.

PROS: It helps me to reap the best out of what I post on social media for my followers. When it comes to uploading content, you have to know your followers and what they like to read or see. With Iconosquare, I can achieve this as it provides a view where you can see all your followers and what they liked among your posts. It also helps you to learn about their behavior on your social media such that you will know the best times to upload content. You can also get notifications when you lose followers on your social media, this helps you to predict or know what they like and come up with the best strategy to retain and attract more followers on your page. In short, you can optimize the best posts when most of your followers are active for the best results.

CONS: Despite the product being reliable for analytics and tracking followers and how they engage with your posts, there are few things I can point out that either need improving or were a problem and they have since been solved. For starters, there is the top followers feature which gives you data on your top followers. It was not working as it should be as it did not point out all my top followers. However, with time, the problem was solved by Iconosquare support staff. Also, current version was as a result of the upgrade of the previous version where some features such as favorite followers were scrapped off. Luckily, the current version came with even better features and thus a plus. The tool does not show how long the followers you lose stay on your page before they un-follow. Such analytics would be helpful as it will give me the right idea of what those followers were looking for and what made them leave.
