What are the best aspects of this product?
It helps me to reap the best out of what I post on social media for my followers. When it comes to uploading content, you have to know your followers and what they like to read or see. With Iconosquare, I can achieve this as it provides a view where you can see all your followers and what they liked among your posts. It also helps you to learn about their behavior on your social media such that you will know the best times to upload content. You can also get notifications when you lose followers on your social media, this helps you to predict or know what they like and come up with the best strategy to retain and attract more followers on your page. In short, you can optimize the best posts when most of your followers are active for the best results.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Despite the product being reliable for analytics and tracking followers and how they engage with your posts, there are few things I can point out that either need improving or were a problem and they have since been solved. For starters, there is the top followers feature which gives you data on your top followers. It was not working as it should be as it did not point out all my top followers. However, with time, the problem was solved by Iconosquare support staff. Also, current version was as a result of the upgrade of the previous version where some features such as favorite followers were scrapped off. Luckily, the current version came with even better features and thus a plus. The tool does not show how long the followers you lose stay on your page before they un-follow. Such analytics would be helpful as it will give me the right idea of what those followers were looking for and what made them leave.

It has helped me to learn new ways on how I can increase customers on my site. With Iconosquare, I can eliminate the guesswork in terms of how my customers are engaging on Instagram which is a huge plus. Before this, we could only guess in terms of what is going wrong or right when you lose or gain customers. With the help of this tool I can now relax and know exactly where to adjust so that I can retain and attract more followers to join the bandwagon. Although I had many followers before I implemented this product, that number has been rising as I can effectively manage how they engage and spot a problem in time to solve it which is good for business.
