It helps me to manage everything on my social media account. For marketing purposes, you need to know what is going on in terms of the insights, feeds and how followers engage with all that. What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is a great tool but lacks the basics of what the modern marketing platform should have. For example, it does not have a mobile application where you can view the analytics or statistics or insights on your contests or campaigns. This would help you to check and track all those engagements while on the move which would be helpful. Apart from that it would help me to post directly from the site. A mobile app is flexible and offers a convenient way for one to manage their accounts with ease.

We have been able to know when and at what time to best engage with followers on social media. With this tool, it is possible to know how many people shared or liked or commented in particular post and at what time. As a result, it helps to schedule posts at a time when they will engage with followers the most. I can A/B split tests different strategies to see which one works best in terms of the number of engagements per hour and then give a report to my clients on my findings. This tool helps to make this work easier which is a huge plus. It helps to send notifications of comments made in real time and thus I can respond to them at the same rate they come in which keeps followers interested and active.
