Iconosquare helps you to do this y keeping track of the engagements which include likes comments and followers in general. This way, you will be able to receive notifications, in real time, of how many followers you have gained and which posts they have liked or commented. As a result, you will be able to know at what time your followers are most active on social media and schedule those posts at that time for better results.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing to dislike about Iconosquare on my part. However, I can point out a few improvement or additions they need to include in their future updates. For example, they should include a hashtag assessment feature which equips you with the right functionality for you to assess and get analytics on the hashtags to utilize for your business. By knowing which tags to use that will bring in more people or simply increase my social media presence, I can use them in my post to reach more people. This would help increase my followers on social media.

With Iconosquare, I can know when to post content so that it gets more likes and comments from my followers. This is possible as the tool helps to come up with data in terms of when my followers are most active my tracking their activities on social media. Apart from that, we have been able to know what they like to read and see on my social media.
