What are the best aspects of this product?

The templates are super easy to configure. I can now make professional marketing that can lure our subscribers. With the social media functionality, I can now post on any social media platform. We also get to track their stats. And that's very important.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I find annoying at this point is that iContact is its mobile app. It functionality there is very limited. I want to have the ability to do things on-the-go. Like sending messages, for instance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're operating as a non-profit. We specialize in religious education. Through iContact, we're capable of getting our supporters updated and get further funds via content shareability. We wanted to ensre our presence and brand image is highly respected and trustworthy. It's a win-win for us!
