What are the best aspects of this product?

It contains a number of functionality which lets a user make an e-mail campaign. It also keeps track of results. It has an excellent customer survey program. The program essentially gets a user to acquire essential customer feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More template options should be available. The templates requires updates and frequent changes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main reason is to keep sales customers informed. We've gone through a number of flash sales. The biggest upside is that the e-mails allow us to be front and ready for each customer.
