What are the best aspects of this product?
I've been making use of iContact for several years. The sames goes for its competitors. Hands down, there's no comparison when it comes down to quality HTML templates. What's more those templates come at zero fee. Customer service is the best that I've ever seen.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At the moment, iContact has no approach in deleting a campaign. For a non-profit running a number of programs, staff, and board members, we have difficulty managing them. And it's hard keeping our account free from clutter. It'd be a plus to delete campagisn when they're no longer being utilized.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're now doing our best to convert to digital-based communications. But a majority of our members want to stick with print. Right now, we came up with a hybrid solution to cater to the needs of both groups. Thing is, that would lead to a lot of work. We're in the middle of trying to find ways to offer all these print services in digital form.
