What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how simple it is in setting up a template. The visual editor is relatively easy. It makes room for a lot of personalization. Team support is swift in terms of response time when it comes to dealing with issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One big problem with iContact and iContact Pro is their lack of special reporting. I love having the ability in pulling a report of more than one e-mail sends. This is way better than separately pulling them. Aside from some downtime problems that happen once in a while, there's nothing else to complain about.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're e-mailing an sending an e-mail weekly to varying lists. The templates themselves have been a huge help.
