What are the best aspects of this product?

Vicki has done a tremendous job in walking us from start to finish. She helped us utilize our account in an efficient manner. What's more, she ensured that we get our account set up. She even guided us with the process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Geolocation happens to be absent in iContact. I felt this is important since my subscribers are based in different parts of the globe. We wanted to keep track on their whereabouts for improved engagement.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We wanted to remind customers of the serices we're offering. By sending in e-mail announcements regularly, it can greatly enhance our business.
