What are the best aspects of this product?
We're sending out newsletters once a week for our tango community. We're using iContact for managing subscriptions and keeping newletter and image archives. It's simple to recycle the same template. It's even more easy to keep track of those who get the e-mail. We now know the people receiving e-mail and the ones who actually opened them.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It takes several steps to include a hyper link for the newletter's web version. I'd have to send a dummy newsletter directly to my e-mail. Then have it archived. And then utilizing that link on the version that goes to just about everyone.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Since we don't really do business, but function as a non-profit, our issues are usually limited. But we do lure people in to our tango establishment. We keep mailing that includes both towners who prefer to know what's happening in our city before they plan on a visit.
