What are the best aspects of this product?

iContact assisted in increasing my business sales significantly. I can organize into groups my current customers. I can direct advertising to anyone or to certain individuals. Just recently, I did a Black Friday advertisement. Then I followed that with a Cyber Monday sale --- leading to a double in my sales!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's really nothing to hate with the program. Althought there's one particular area that it needs to improve on. Whenever I'm making an ad to send to my mailing list, an option is available to create an ad and display it on my FB page. I'd be happy if we could preview the ad on a test before marking it as "published." Once a publish is made, changing shouldn't be allowed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Reaching out and keeping in touch with customers. It's what I've accomplished most with iContact. I can send a personalized letter to just about anyone. As long as their address are in there, then I'm good. This is a lot better than making it appear as a generic letter.
