What are the best aspects of this product?
Functioning in a marketing agency with a direct-response approach, it's essential in keeping prospects and clients update on the latest marketing opportunities. What I love about OutMarket is more than just a platform for building up on client interactions. It gives the chance to track how my recipients are engaged with the content I'm giving them. This allows for optimized future communications.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wouldn't see this as something I hate. However, its social "buying signals" have yet to be proven worthy. A majority of the buying signals that OutMarket is picking up on are people mentioning our industry. That's with regard to job hunting instead of businesses looking for the services we're providing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're resolving an issue with product consistency. The same goes for service messaging. The primary upside we noticed is getting our communications process streamlined.
