PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

1) User-experience is great. You don't need to spend time on learning how to use this VDR, because it is very simple and intuitive even for the first-time users. Creating VDR for my Company, downloading a bunch of confidential information, setting permissions, and distributing access to users took no more than 10-15 minutes.

2) This VDR turned out to be very easy for our clients that got access to data room. I was curious if I would need to answer their questions or even train them, but they picked it up easily. No questions arrived.

3) I loved detailed information about users` activity in the data room because it helped me to find out the level of interest of separate due-diligence participants in our assets.

4) Finally, I appreciated that we had an option to freeze our account for some time and stop the invoicing.

Overall, I highly recommend this VDR.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not faced with any issues or missed features in VDR during my use, so no Cons to share.

Current level of features/services fully met my expectations.

We were able to give simultaneous access to different parties of due-diligence process, while maintaining full control over the safety and access to our confidential information. We also used data about users` access to information to adjust our asset selling and negotiation strategy.
