PROS: I admire how well structured the idu-Concept is, especially when it comes to business analysis and reporting trends. Aside from that, we've been getting overwhelming support from the team behind the product itself. They make sure to touch base with us as often as possible to keep us updated with the latest trends. The team also discusses different topics as well as ongoing issues with other clients.

CONS: We have encountered some issues in terms of availing licenses to use the reporting features. Some say that it has something to do with costs. Still, we are currently trying to verify this issue with the support team. There are some small scale businesses within the community that is being affected by the problem.

PROS: One of the things that I like about IDU-Concept is it allows me to use the reporting feature without the need to extract data one by one. Now I can easily present figures to our clients without going through the hassle of manually doing the reports. I am also confident that the statistics that I'm showing are up to date and accurate.

CONS: So far, so good. IDU-Concept has been exceeding my expectations, so I have nothing really to complain about.

PROS: I am happy and content with its reporting feature's performance because it gives me a comprehensive coverage of our figures that makes it easy for the majority to understand. It provides every department with the capability to track down and monitor their expenses, saving thousands of dollars annually.

CONS: Nothing major exists except for the fact that the application gets complicated whenever I try to see what's beyond each link. Sometimes I get in trouble trying to figure out how certain things work. But at the end of the day, I am glad that all issues are being addressed on my end.

PROS: This app is best known for its ability to deliver accurate reports wherever I am. I need to run several types of reports daily. It's a big deal for me that I can customize each of them that makes business presentations and weekly meetings such a breeze. I can download and merge reports in just a few minutes. That is something that I haven't experienced before in other apps.

CONS: Several users can access the app and run reports at the same time. However, not everyone is granted equal access, which many users are not aware of. I suggest that employees be made aware of their limitations or restrictions as soon as they log in to the system to make the necessary adjustments to their presentations.

PROS: Nothing can beat the idu-Concept when it comes to reporting features and functions. It allows you to create a wide array of reports for each area of your business. You can share it with your employees and clients to see the company's real status.

CONS: Based on the feedback that I've gathered from other users, it seems that some improvements need to be made as soon as possible to improve user experience. First is that they should make it easier to print reports from the app. Unfortunately, we keep on getting error messages that the printer is unable to support the document. Second, there should be more prominent arrows on the upper part of the tab so users won't struggle to open and expand each window. They sometimes end up closing the entire application, which is very frustrating. Lastly, they should work on the resizing issue of the columns found on the worksheets. It reverts to its original size, which defeats the purpose of resizing it in the first place.

PROS: The system is so advanced that everything is done thrice as fast as before. Budgeting is no longer an issue because it can analyze or forecast issues allowing us to create a backup plan for everything. The idu-Concept is secure because of its ability to restrict user access, which is one way to protect the business.

CONS: There is nothing much to complain about. It would be nice to request a uniform log-in access for all employees. The reason behind this is for everyone to have access to reports and budgets anytime.

PROS: A lot of businesses do struggle when it comes to controlling their finances and budgets. The good thing with IDU-Concept is its flexibility and capability to adapt to various situations that allow the app to cater to individual business needs. Without the proper system and implementation, things can go crazy and leave the business in chaos.

CONS: It’s not a perfect application, but it does serve its purposes in terms of reports and budget, and I am incredibly thankful for that. However, it would be more smooth sailing if they can upgrade its excel features. For now, we are currently manually exporting reports, which is pretty much okay.

PROS: Its ability to integrate with other applications makes the job easier. Many of our employees are given access to idu-Concept. We're currently teaching them how to handle their budgets effectively and take accountability for all their actions/decisions. Also, making comparisons between the allocated funds versus the actual expenses has never been this easy.

CONS: Handling the entire platform is quite complicated, based on my personal experience. Although its features are impressive and competitive, with its broad coverage, it takes time to learn everything and become an expert on idu-Concept.

PROS: Incorporating the idu-Concept within our business is something new to us. Still, I like it so much because of its capability of bringing new things into the table. It teaches our employees how to create and control their budget, which would be very beneficial for their projects. The software is very flexible enough to work on different budget scenarios, depending on your business's size and the actual needs. I appreciate that idu-Concept can adapt to most of our requests, which is essential for us to achieve our financial goals for this year and the succeeding years. Another thing that I appreciate about this application is its clear and accurate reporting methods. It allows us to merge it with most of our resources to come up with better business decisions. idu-Concept enables us to integrate other applications critical to the success and overall performance of the entire organization. With IDU, I can easily manage each department's budget, procurement, payroll, and other essential expenditures that we are dealing with on a day to day operations.

CONS: The tool itself is not user friendly, especially for beginners or newbies. If you want to learn more about the system, you should devote some time to familiarize yourself with its features. Some processes are quite complicated to perform, such a reallocating department budgets or setting up multiple projects simultaneously. If you are dead serious about being an expert on this platform, you need to undergo a series of tutorial sessions from someone who knows the app inside and out. Also, integrating 3rd party reporting apps can be quite challenging, especially if you lack experience using this kind of platform. But the good thing is that once you become knowledgeable with the idu-Concept, you will realize that you can do so many things regarding your budget. This platform helps your company operate more efficiently.

PROS: There are so many things that I like about idu-Concept and what it does for our company budget. First is that it allows multiple users to access the platform both in the workplace and in remote areas as long as there's wi-fi available. It allows you to create reports and collect data using this ideal platform. That's why it saves you a lot of time and makes you efficient in your job because you don't have to spend time browsing through other resources just to come up with the right amount of budget for your department. idu-Concept also taught us several advanced methods to make our jobs easier and save time doing manual computations like what we are used to doing before. We now have an exclusive set of excel sheets that are loaded with formulas that help us compute for our harvest, sales, revenue, overhead expenses and so much more. Since computations are done through the system we are assured that it's free from human errors which makes our work a lot easier and more efficient.

CONS: We are having some issues in terms of synchronization of our profit centers against our general ledgers. It's supposed to work seamlessly and automatically so we could quickly identify any ongoing problems, including finding ways to save money and maximize profits.

PROS: idu-Concept allows line supervisors and rank and file employees to access the system, view the status of current projects, and take control of the necessary things to ensure success. Doing this allows us to speed up the process of budget approvals, which is favorable for everyone. More employees are now focused on making sure that their projects will become successful because they are accountable for it. Also, giving everyone access to budgets teaches them how to wisely handle their department's finances, mainly to reduce expenses and determine where every penny goes.

CONS: Reporting portals are quite complex to handle, especially for beginners. It takes time to extract data that we need daily. Our staff needs to have real-time visibility of these numbers and customized according to their needs. However, with its current state, it looks like we won't be able to work smoothly.

PROS: I've always struggled to create and extract reports using our old system. But with IDU-Concept, I was able to come up with a more effective and systematic way of handling all my reports. Everything is much easy nowadays because all reports are excel based. Hence, importing and exporting them from our database is very easy to accomplish for my other colleagues and for my other colleagues.

CONS: One of my colleagues mentioned that I should start familiarizing myself with CAPEX and eventually integrating it into our business. I'm still struggling to figure this out, and it may take some time for me to do so because I honestly think it's not that easy. I know that CAPEX can provide us positive changes in our expenditures. Still, a little bit of tutorial will be much appreciated.
