iCRM is very flexible in terms of its reporting capabilities and user interfaces. It also allows for integration with Quickbooks and MailChimp.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Sales Manager overview/summaries could be improved.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Sales Manager functionality and reporting capabilities enhanced.
