I love the Email, Calendar and QuickBooks integration. Billing customers is super easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing at the moment.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see a way to export views just like you can reports.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We now have much better communication across the team because there is a log kept on every email or call someone has made with a customer, so we no longer overlap and duplicate efforts. This saves us a lot of time. Also, the billing time has been really cut down and basically automated.
