What are the best aspects of this product?

Igloo site and layout is very convenient to customize and use. And Igloo also has a trusty user support and services that is largely helpful for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We could have received better assistance during the setting up phase of Igloo in our company, in which we need to customize the layout of the site. Now, we’ve noticed that what we’ve set up is quite inconvenient for use, and it features some stuff that we do not need. We feel we could have been more productive if we have done the setting up phase properly. Adding to the problem is the fact that we cannot afford another deal from Igloo as of now, so we cannot implement big changes to what we already have.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Igloo is terrific in scaling our company communication. First, it helps us easily share files, details and information among employees online, which has drastically reduced the need for us to print hard copies for posting. This helps us save cash and become eco-friendly. Second, it helps in filtering off unnecessary emails to our staff. Third, it serves as a central hub for everybody in the company, which helps keep us up-to-date about recent information. And lastly, it has a detailed directory feature that contains complete information such as job position and photo.
