What are the best aspects of this product?

Igloo boasts seamless profile creation, interface navigation and instant access to data among other features. The UI is very flexible that makes it easy to do tweaks, and it promotes interaction that compels members to use the tool. Creating and editing user accounts cause no hassles, since it is easy for members to personalize their own such as customizing panels, directories, notifications and list of tasks among other. The platform serves us in various functions too, which includes communication, repository and directory among other purposes. It easily handles announcements, updates, notes and some other details, and it allows people to leave comments too. Then, it also supports emailing, sharing of files and schedules, managing lists of tasks, as well as social media integration among many other functions. Moreover, it lets us easily find different items through stellar searching features. And if those are not enough, Igloo also boasts large storage spaces that runs on servers in Canada. It has reputable security features too, which mainly circles on setting authorization access to members from in and outside our organization. Lastly, Igloo is more affordable than other options today, and is backed by quickly responding user support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Functions sometimes fail to run automatically, and it pushes us to manually make edits on the page or site manager. Controls and options on the channels are difficult to learn, thus we demand detailed tutorials or guides for it. Same goes with the complex processes of handling licenses in user account creation, since we experience problems creating various accounts such as specifically for producers or for viewers. The cascading rule is also insufficient for our knowledge management needs. Other problems include the search engine leaving public sites off the results page, problems syncing with social media platforms, lack of convenient image gallery, as well as its incapacity to post multiple images with similar tags at once.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Igloo helps keep huge files especially that it lets us easily share such contents to others. It even lets us share news and updates without the use of traditional emailing. Plus, adding new members on the platform is easy and quick. Overall, we’ve had excellent user experience with Igloo.
