What are the best aspects of this product?

Igloo is an outstanding software, their design and implementation is excellent, their customer team is supportive and responsive, always ready to help. Even though we have recently started using it, my team and I are quite impressed with Igloo.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We didn't find any major issues with the software. Our overall experience has been really positive so far.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software helps in solving the need for communication, information and news. Igloo’s tools: version control of shared documents, task lists, blogs, memo distribution, help desk, team spaces and learning management are very helpful in our work. With Igloo software we are connected with Google Apps, Zendesk and Litmos.
