What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up our account is super easy, such as classifying members according to permission access, building new environments, as well as for teamwork management of events and trainings on the calendar. Also, it has established a systematic signing-in option for all our Microsoft products, so we do not need to worry about messy logins all over the organization. This is a great intranet solution that suits our demands well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its document collaboration feature needs huge improvements. Yes, we can add multiple members to edit a document, but Igloo only allows one person to make the edits each moment. Its competitors are better on this angle.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Igloo has drastically boosted our schedule sharing especially for various trainings and events. We can easily share schedules among staff, since Igloo allows fusing multiple calendars into one, which is great for all staff to view all schedules seamlessly. Staff can also login on certain events and trainings through Igloo, which means it is easier to track their attendance too.
