The Company where I’m working now already has Igloo before I started. Thing is, I’ve had a very efficient experience learning the platform. They have complete tutorials and other guides, as well as they offer seamless professional training.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need to undergo one regular training session each month for Igloo, and this somehow affects my working schedule in the company. It is a good thing, however, that they remind about my schedule ahead of time. This gives me enough time to get my hands on necessary modules.
