What are the best aspects of this product?

Igloo is a topnotch app and it has a high quality user support. They’ve guided us from start to finish when we have reset our intranet before. They are always highly responsive and helpful on any issues each day we use Igloo as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There’s no significant point that I dislike about Igloo. It is a terrific platform that we’ve been using for a long time. During those years, we’ve noticed that Igloo values user feedbacks for improving the product efficiently. We can leave comments and suggestions on a provided online board, and we feel that they closely consider everything we present.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Igloo is a perfect intranet communication solution for our company. We primarily use it for spreading details, updates and news among employees. And it continuously produces great results! Views and interaction have increased noticeably.
