What are the best aspects of this product?
I was amazed by the portal's simplicity! It gathers all essential functions in one place, unlike our previous experience with multiple programs performing the same task (Operation Clerks, Tellers, Lenders, and IT Professionals). This product was everything we needed to manage long bank merger projects, all the way from kick-off meetings with bank vendors to conversion weekends. We rely significantly on its data repositories where we share files between different bank teams and bank vendors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't think of any problem, not even an improvement suggestion.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The original idea was to allow users from both banks to participate in the merger, but we achieved much more than this. iMeet Central turned into our focal meeting platform, where we schedule meetings and distribute confidential information in a secure manner. Due to the flawless communication, our mergers are an absolute success, and we are continuing to develop the functionality of our products even after the merger is completed.
