PROS: I was amazed by the portal's simplicity! It gathers all essential functions in one place, unlike our previous experience with multiple programs performing the same task (Operation Clerks, Tellers, Lenders, and IT Professionals). This product was everything we needed to manage long bank merger projects, all the way from kick-off meetings with bank vendors to conversion weekends. We rely significantly on its data repositories where we share files between different bank teams and bank vendors.

CONS: I can't think of any problem, not even an improvement suggestion.

PROS: I remember iMeet from the time when it was Central Desktop, and I must share I was exited to see how much it has evolved. Most of the features became flexible and customizable, which is a great advantage, especially considering the price.

CONS: I wish we could integrate the the tool with our financial systems, that would make our work much easier.

PROS: It is a dream come true-you're looking and looking for a tool that combines all critical functions in 1 location, and you find iMeet Central. I heard that the product is not that new, and has improved big time in the last years, but I don’t really care about the way it functioned before. All I care about is that I divide work in separate spaces, and I limit the functions accordingly to avoid confusion. Search is indexed, so I think I've found the software of my dreams.

CONS: I didn’t find a folder containing access permissions and controls, which means that I have to accept capabilities as they are. Breadcrumbs are also absent, and I can't say I can navigate the program like a pro. I just get lost and have no idea how to go back to a specific task.

PROS: Well-organized information and enahanced communcation: This is how I would summarize the basic benefits of using iMeet Central (former Central Desktop).

CONS: We wanted to implement it in all departments, but we had to tight the purse strings and to keep it in the marketing sector. In for a penny, in for a pound.

PROS: There is a perfect kit of pre-made reports that you can tune in accordance with your administrative needs. The extremelly friendly interface reminds of social networks and similar collaboration tools, with the difference that all information is stored in one place, and there is a wonderful support team that deals instantly with every problem you might have.

CONS: I already suggested the support team to align iMeet with ISO standards, but I don't think it is a very complicated procedure. On the other hand, complying with this requirement would make the product more trustworthy for many companies that have doubts whether to start using it. They could also think about including more languages.

PROS: My personal favorite is its friendly interface, and the fact that you can design your own websites for different projects. I find it to be very entertaining, especially in terms of adding comments, creating wiki pages, uploading files, being notified on different changes, and exporting comprehensive databases. My firm was assigned with a great engagement manager, always willing to hear our opinions and suggestions, and to work on them.

CONS: Almost everybody in my firm shared concerns related to the search filter, not because it is dysfunctional, but because it is far too complicated for intermediate users. The point is that the filter displayes archived pages with results, and unless you know how to create spearate boxes for each workplace, you'll end up lost in an endless database. I tried to help with a document inventory database, but they still claim they don't know where it is.

PROS: I am impressed by the dynamics of the platform- it allows me to gather all domain knowledge in adjustable and centralized databases.

CONS: While the platform is highly functional and packed with useful features, I somehow feel overwhelmed by choices. There are plenty of ways to perform an action, but they bring me to different results which can be very confusing. I don't think such flexibility is always useful-without proper communication, one could still end up far from the right track. That's the catch of this otherwise marvelous system.

PROS: We had our doubts at the beginning, but we understood we are dealing with the friendliest support team ever. Each time we asked for their assistance, they managed to surprise us with powerful service and understanding attitude. What is even more important, we contact them only for suggestions - the program is so convenient that it leaves no space for problems and mistakes.

CONS: The biggest challenge of introducing new software in your team is to get the team used to it. I was surprised to see we had no struggles with iMeet Central, even if some employees suggested 'cosmetic' improvements, such as better aligning.

PROS: iMeet Central will help you leave all of the information chaos behind, and to summarize all important data in a single database. So far, we haven't been this organized and able to reference data to each other.

CONS: The only flaw I can think of is that information can only be accessed by iMeet members. You can only share files with third parties by exporting content into Excel, or emailing the party in question.

PROS: You might think that iMeet Central is just a cloud based manager, but it is the most valuable asset you can purchase nowadays. It turns into a faithful assistant, with a strong support team to back you up in every situation. I have no words to describe how precious it is!

PROS: As far as I am concerned, the best feature of the program is flexibility. Flexibility is the main reason why iMeet's usage reported growing trends in MLBAMs in the last 5 years.

CONS: Navigation is not exactly the simplest of all navigations. Still, I think this is an issue of familiarizing with the program's nomenclature, especially for complex multi-workspace companies.
