What are the best aspects of this product?
There is a perfect kit of pre-made reports that you can tune in accordance with your administrative needs. The extremelly friendly interface reminds of social networks and similar collaboration tools, with the difference that all information is stored in one place, and there is a wonderful support team that deals instantly with every problem you might have.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I already suggested the support team to align iMeet with ISO standards, but I don't think it is a very complicated procedure. On the other hand, complying with this requirement would make the product more trustworthy for many companies that have doubts whether to start using it. They could also think about including more languages.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There are many positive consequences of using this tool, but the best one is definitely improved communication. People from different countries and regions socialize in order to solve common problems, and they use a centralized repository where files are protect from eventual disk failures.
