What are the best aspects of this product?
CXOne is easy to deploy and maintain. The MAX Softphone agent is perfect and allowed our call center to move to an all remote situation quickly when we were forced to close parts of our office due to COVID-19.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The IEX WFM tool is hands down a winner when it comes to forecasting and scheduling, however the UI is dated and the reporting has a lot to be desired.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
IEX could use a refresh. The engine is solid, but the user experience and interface is clunky.

Instant ROI with improved ASA, reduced abandon, quick deployment to allow for us to move to full remote capabilities.
