What are the best aspects of this product?
I had no problems with Infer as it works really with our lead data base. Ramping was so quick and in less than two months, we were able to roll out multiple scoring model. Customer support is highly knowledgeable with their product aside from being responsive and prompt.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had a bit of difficulty in operationalizing Infer and translating the product in terms of sales success.

We handle massive volume of leads and it is essential that we are able to employ the best techniques and technology so we can determine and prioritzie leads we need to work on. Infer helped a lot in that regard.
