Compared to various old school lead scoring software, Infer's premise is significantly superior. What Infer does is identify high quality leads based on the information surrounding them and this method has a very high conversion rate in contrast to traditional lead scoring approaches.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We have experienced numerous delays because Infer tends to queries our SFDC DB every 5 minutes to identify new leads instead of the other way around.
