What are the best aspects of this product?
Infer makes the onboarding and implementation process quick and painless. It was so fast and easy that we got it integrated to our Salesforce instance in less than a week. The Infer team was also with us in every step of the way. The data we get is reliable as well based on the tests we did against scoring.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I love Infer and there is nothing about it I dislike. We get good return on our investment. We are quite excited to see how we will fare once we reach out to new markets where we don't have any history of.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Infer, we are now better at handling and managing new leads. The application also allows us to channel our efforts on leads that have the highes potential to convert.
