What are the best aspects of this product?
Infer contributed to the signficant improvement our marketing and sales engine in terms of efficiency. Once we have our model, it was pleasantly surprising that the implementation wasn't much of a struggle. While it is true that there are other predictive models out there that provide good results, what makes Infer stand out is its team. It is a pleasure working with the Infer people.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Most of the time, there is a transparency issue when dealing with machine learning-based models. While the Infer has a portal, it only highlights some of the essntial signals in the model.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Infer immediately enabled us to spot and limit the significant bulk of low value leads and supress their number in our pipeline. Since then, we have used an account-based scoring model to help us drive our marketing and sales strategy.
