PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We have a very noisy funnel and Infer just simplifies everything. Our product is quite popular and that means we have a large influx of leads. Our team has to spent a lot of time which inbound leads are worth prioritizing and Infer solves that part of the equation rather easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don't have anything to complain about. Infer is easy to adopt and has grown with our enterprise. Customer support is top class, which makes any issue a non-issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Unlike most companies, we don't deal with cone-shaped funnels. Ours is top heavy and Infer has the BI tools and features to help us manage it.
