What are the best aspects of this product?
Infer has become an invaluable part of my business as the predictive models they make really improve the way we manage and qualify leads. Also, their customer support is world class. Everytime I make a call, they address my issues with the utmost urgency. You can really tell that their support reps are smart and very reponsive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Back then I can't dig deeper into their model. But now, they just recently rolled out some new features and among them (profile management) lets me do just that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We needed to have a reliable lead scoring approach so that our sales development and sales teams know how to channel and organize their efforts as well as time. Infer's predicitve lead scoring methods are very advanced and accurate, ensuring that our marketing efforts are directed towards the right campaigns.
