What are the best aspects of this product?

The Infer solution is instrumental in helping our sales and marketing team to identify the deals that really mattered. That is very important since we want to attract the right kind of leads hours prior to executing our campaign. We just love how Infer enable us to change and prioritize leads quickly and fairly easily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We handle massive volume of leads that it can be hard to distinguish which has the highest tendency to convert and which of pack are bad leads. Infer software makes quick work of this problem, significantly impacting out ACV and efficiency.
