What are the best aspects of this product?
We have a large funnel that is very heavy on the top. Back then, we implemented nurture campaigns to trim the leads down but it was very time consuming that we were almost always late in contacting our leads. Infer gave us the platform to cut this all down to manageable sizes and identify/prioritize leads that are likely to convert.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing we dislike in general. We are aware that predictive models can be difficult, espcially when venturing to new markets or introducing a new product. That said, Infer's customer service ensures that we are doing everything right at every step of the way.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Infer helps us filter our top funnel and weed out the good leads from the bad ones. This, in turn, allows us to prioritize the leads for a followup.
