What are the best aspects of this product?
Influitive allows us to get valuable feedback for our products, usage of the products and our services. By using this platform we are able to engage our loyal customers, to recognize our leads and gain insight from them. I am new user of this product and I have to say that it is very easy to learn, set up and it is highly intuitive platform. It offers helpful customer service and they arrange monthly meetings with coaches. I love the challenge templates, they are very useful especially when you are stuck with contents.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The platform can be buggy sometimes, and I have faced some email issues. But, its support team sends an e-mail with full explanation of the issue. They could improve the reporting feature and metrics.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We love the ability to engage our customers and they are willing to contribute to our products, ideas and campaigns. But, we have some customers/users that don’t do anything, and the problem was how to make them come back so they can complete the challenges. The benefits we have experienced from Influitive were product feedback and references.
