What are the best aspects of this product?
With Influitive we can easily recognize our biggest fans and loyal customers. We quickly get the product feedback from our customers and what we like most is the fact that we get references for sales calls. Our product review sites are always updated and with fresh reviews. Thanks to this platform our customers are willing to provide testimonials, case studies and even insight into specific topics they are interested in. I have to say that I love the referrals, because they are tracked in Salesforce. The campaign is easy to pull up and you are allowed to see the leads directly from the program. In addition, you will get a coach that will help you with new ideas for the projects and program. I have to say that Julia and Eric are the best coaches. The support team is responsive, helpful and very professional. They constantly work on their improvements and they release notes weekly, I am confident that they will continue the good work.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wouldn’t say dislike, but a little issue we have run into was the referral program. Additionally, the management focuses only on referrals and other program benefits are left behind, and we know that referrals are connected to revenue. My advice is to spend enough time with your coach before you launch campaigns.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before this platform we had bad experience with product reviews. What we were searching for was a product that will help us to improve our reviews so we can go along with our competitors. After 3months of using Influitive, we have generated more than 100 positive product reviews. With Infuitive we are more confident when users are researching us and we are happy that they get good first impression of our product.
