What are the best aspects of this product?
We started using Influitive several months ago and we are very satisfied with the growth by now and the success we have achieved so far! With the advocate hub we can pinpoint our vocally experienced users and give them the opportunity to share or speak instead of us in a way that is beneficial for both sides. It makes the advocate marketing with fun. Making things with fun is the point! Our customers like the program very much because it is fun and straightforward to use. It was very hard to collect customer referrals, to setup case study interviews and to get recommendations, feedback on our product etc, but with Influitive, we are rewarding our advocates for the amazing work. We are big fans so far and we are expecting this program to grow more!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Mobility should be improved. The experience of the mobile and tablet users is not so good as it is with laptop users, so if the whole point of this advocate marketing is gamification, you should be able to play on your phone! Despite that, I am really satisfied with the product updates and I hope it will be fixed soon.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We grew our customer referral business very fast! It is very early to have quantifiable results, but we increased the customer satisfaction by using Influitive. In a SaaS business it's important to have the customer at the heart of everything you do, so Advocate Hub helps us do that easier.
