What are the best aspects of this product?
Once you learn how to use Influitive you will quickly reach out and engage with your customers, effortlessly. The platform has lot of customization and it is very easy to learn how to use it. To be honest, the platform needs fair amount of time for setting up because you need to create challenges, make decision on rewards and finally to work with your team to get a list of customers. An ability to inform your customers about your product, an ability to excite them about it, and engage them is the key to your success, and that’s what you get with Influitive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It’s is difficult if you have one person to handle everything what this product offers, because you will need someone to set roles for each member, someone to take the community management, another to work on reporting, other to work on rewards and so on. The most important thing is that you need to engage your customers on a daily basis so you can get the feedback you want.

We use this product so we can better understand our audience. We have great views into one side (developers and IT) and we are able to differentiate our offering in order to satisfy both sides.
