What are the best aspects of this product?
This platform offers fun way of engaging, and keeping the attention of our customers by informing them about our new content. We can reward our customers for their activities that they do like: sharing the content on social media, providing product feedback, reading contents, providing case studies and testimonials. We are able to create exclusive members-only community for our loyal customers with peer-to-peer feedback. We are able to create new opportunities for them, to get an information of what they think, want and need. About its support team, there is no bad word for them, always present and responsive.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I had some difficulties with the onboarding, they could implement more real examples to reference, and they could implement more customizations. But, what I like is the fact that the Trello board is updated regularly.
