PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how I get to only deal with a one-time fee. I also love the fact that I can add functionality as I want them. I like how simple the design came to be and how I always have data with me. I've had my hand with other CRM software. The problem with them is that the complication is too intricate for my needs and setting them up was a hassle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the biggest drawback is the issue that I'm dealing with. I wanted to upgrade my PC's RAM since it's always slowing down whenever I get it runing. I want to keep running in the background so I can toggle from task to the next easily. Unfortunately, it's using up a lot of PC's resources. So a definite hardware upgrade is a must!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Trying to keep track of sales cycles as well as information of my current client. I'm only using a fraction of what this tool is ultimately capable of. The good thing though is that I already know a place where I can house prospect and client information as well as adding notes and fields.
