A great and realtively affordable tool to communicate with colleagues daily.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm working in a satellite office company. I constantly need interaction with other people in different offices within the Florida area. This tool ensures my projects, daily activities, companies, and contacts are all secured in one place. What's more, I get to share my information to my colleauges daily.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, I don't have anything to complain abouot this wonderful tool. It can do just about everything that I want it to do. The greatest thing with this is that I don't have to resort to paying any monthly fees to use it services. I treature this tool so much.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of many issues I was able to get rid of is having an unorganized list of contacts. Back then my Outlook and phone details were a mess in terms of contacts management. It made it hard for me to spot and sift out vendors, customers, and company associates. Thanks to InfoFlo's category system as well as Google sync option, I can segregate my contacts properly so they remain organized.
