PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've tried closing to 10 CRM. A majority of them are made for firms with more than ten employees from various departments. I wanted one that would assist in managing my 7-work volunteer, email, and personal domains. This tool happens to be the first where I get to manage just about everything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to setting up a contact straight from a client's email, the company name (by default) is actually the email address extension. This requires clearing before saving it. It's a small issue, but it would be nice if the name of the company was left blank.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was in need of managing more than business using one CRM and database. At the same time, I wanted to email through the use of separate signatures for my business-aimed domain. This happens to be the first CRM that would carry out such key functionality.
