What are the best aspects of this product?

Infoflo is great organizational and add-on service solution. We are using it to get feedback from our clients and to create customizable reports for our billing processes. We use this software for our day-to-day workflow. It’s very customizable and easy to use tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could make a mobile version of this software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Infoflo to keep track of our client information, documents and correspondence. We love the integration with Microsoft Outlook because everyone in our company can have an easy access to every information. There are constantly Updates of this software. It meets all our business needs. Their customer support team is very helpful and responsive. Infoflo helps us to organize our accounts and to run our business smoothly.
