What are the best aspects of this product?
So many things to like about this software. For one, we don't need to subscribe and only need to pay once. Any other functions we need, we can simply pay for. Thanks to this tool, our end of the year reports can be done with ease. This tool allows us to create detailed and custom reports according to the like of our clients or based on projects. Another way that this tool makes proposals and reports easy to do is by allowing us to create templates, as well as the system itself automatically filling in fields if needed. Another plus is that all of our data stays on our server.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Considering that we've used this software for a couple of years now, it's great that we've only had minor problems that we were able to solve simply by going to the website and looking at the provided resources and Knowledge Base. There are still a couple of issues, such as how some of the CRM parts couldn't be implemented into our process. I also would like to see a simpler screen, which I can think can be accomplished if they allow users to turn off certain portions of the software that we don't really need or use that often.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has really just made reporting easy, whether it is the end of the year reports or ones that provide a weekly report on ongoing projects. Thanks to the templates that the tool allows us to make, we can have fields be automatically populated with contact information when needed. The tool also makes it easy to get data and input it into the database.
