PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Infoflo is easy to use and intuitive software with amazing interface. This app allows us to add new employees so we can speed up the production and engage them so they can become more productive as well. I have to tell, that they have wonderful support team. They help us when we face with some issues. They are very helpful and responsive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be nice if they could implement automated workflow, for e.g. an option to create certain type of document that will help to create task for each employee, instead of manual tasking.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This CRM software helps us to keep track of all information, data, clients, and providers. We can facilitate the billing and follow-up.
