What are the best aspects of this product?

Infoflo is great CRM app that is easy to use and provides me with amazing features that make my work easier. It’s great because there isn’t an option for monthly fee, otherwise it would be more expensive for small businesses. At the beginning I was confused with how all the email thing is working. I didn’t know whether my emails were displayed or not displayed. But, thanks to its great customer service I finally figured out how all thing is working. They are really amazing and helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could make better integration with QuickBooks.

Helps us to keep track of information requests from sales inquiries to our technical support department.
