What are the best aspects of this product?
We love the Carmel Vision support service, they helped us to transfer from our old system to Infoflo, and they are really helpful and responsive to every need. They want to be sure that their products meets all our company needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing that I dislike is that their customer service is based in Canada, and we are in UK, so we need to wait till afternoon to fix some issues. But, this is not a dislike, we love this software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Infoflo helps us to keep track of all our data, keeps our employees organized. Thanks to this software our call rates are increased. Also, this software helps us with our sales because keeps everything in one place instead of going back and forth between different systems we have everything in one place. We love the email sync feature because makes our customer priority.
