We love Infoflo features for stages, appointments, emails and etc. This software helps us to stay in track with our customer needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At the beginning we had some issues with few bugs, we needed to close the app and start over again. But everything is okay now.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Infoflo helps us to gather customer information and keep track of open orders. We have a full list of purchased products, when we wait for payment, when we need to produce more, when the product ships, and our customer feedback and satisfaction. Very useful product, we can keep track of everything. Also, we use the feature for setting appointments. The good thing is that everyone has an access of the customer emails, so everyone can help when our customers are facing with some issues.
