PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I love the integration with the Outlook, this is a big plus for InfoFlo. Also, the app provides many features and supports various modules. Their support team are always here to help you with some issues or questions. The price is great, and the one-time-purchase policy is great thing and rarity on the market today. I love the search engine, it’s very fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would love to see price for annual subscription that would cover software support and some updates, also it would be great if they could make cloud access together with on-premise.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Infoflo helps me to manage tasks, project management department, organizing clients and follow ups. It provides me with detailed information about the client when on the phone. The software saves me a lot of time.
