What are the best aspects of this product?

When you need to train new sales reps the earning course for Infoflo is really short, but it’s very beneficial and useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see more options for Admin account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Infoflo in sales and production departments, we use it as a CRM-database and it’s very effective tool when it comes for managing customer lists and call backs. Also, this software provides us with useful tools to evaluate calls and sales for each rep. In addition, we use this software as Project Management, and helps us to manage each product through the full phase of the production. Also, the email marketing add-on is great feature.
